What had I known about Swedish singers before Swedish became part of me? I had always known ABBA singing in English, later I found out, to my greatest surprise, that Roxette are Swedish too, but they are also known as singing in English.

Do you know that the girls from ABBA and the singers from Roxette make albums in Swedish and, which is my opinion, they sound much better in their native language than in the famous worls hits. For example, the voice of Marie Fredriksson, whom we know from Roxette, is more nicer and more tender in Swedish than in English.

Besides, there are lots of wonderful singers I've never heard about (not only me - most people in my country don't know them either). They're really worth hearing - they sing beautifully!
